This is more than a great workout. Your coach will create a customized personal training plan that draws upon our methodology to help you succeed in achieving your goals, regardless of what they might be. The design of each one-on-one training session is based on your unique needs, so your coach will adjust your plan when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury or ramping up because a goal has been surpassed.
QUICK START PROGRAM
All new clients begin with the Quick Start Program. The Quick Start Program includes three (3) personal training sessions (1-hour sessions) for $120 ($40 per session). Your coach will use these initial three (3) training sessions to get a good gauge of your fitness level prior to you making a longer term commitment.
Personal training takes into account your goals and medical history so please give as much information about yourself as you can. This information will help your coach design the proper program to optimize your results.
